Service requests
Request a service: The user shall contact the support service about one of the communication channels and formulate a question or inform the person about the problem of BIS or BIS functionality.
We call for the wording of the problem in a couple of sentences and for the addition of screenshot (s), indicating the time when the error was identified and from which profile the action was taken.
You can use THE option TO request BIS support help by opening access TO BIS support in viewing mode from a personal profile for up to 72 hours.Service Processing
Service processing: BIS user support worker identifies the user, registers the application, reviews the application in substance and clarifies the amount of work covered by the applicationReceipt of services
THE BIS user support worker shall contact the user and provide a consultation or application solution within the scope of his or her competence.
The reply to the application may be given immediately by telephone or accompanied by the comments in the application.
If the notified problem cannot be resolved within an existing BIS functionality, THE BIS user support worker shall register an application for the necessary improvements TO BIS functionality.
