THE information system FOR VEDLUDB has been established in accordance with the Law on Taxes and
fees shall be determined in order to compile and maintain the data included in the electronic working time accounting system, as well as to issue them to the authorities specified in the Law for the performance of their functions.
The principal performer of works shall provide the VEDLUDB with information on all works contracts concluded with his subcontractors during the previous month, with a contract amount of EUR 15 000 or more, and, in the event of a change in the amount of the contract, amendments to this contract, by the 15 date of each month. Not later than five working days after the commencement of the works, VEDLUDB information on the commencement of the construction of a third group or on the commencement of works costing EUR 350 000 or more shall be submitted for inclusion. Not later than five working days after the completion of the works, the VEDLUDB information on the completion of the works shall be submitted for inclusion.
By the 15 th of each month, the subcontractor shall submit information on all works contracts concluded with his subcontractors during the previous month, with A contract amount of EUR 15 000 or more, and, in the event of a change in the amount of the contract, amendments to this contract.
Time accounting reports and sub-contracting information are transferred to THE CROSS-system level of THE VEDLUDB through THE integration of EDLUS and VEDLUDB.

Process description

  1. Service requests
    In order to request the service, the main performer of the works must, by authorising THE VEDLUDB, register construction sites (under the heading “Register a new construction site”) and indicate the details of contracts concluded with subcontractors (in the subsection “Subcontracted contracts” of the relevant site registration report). IN order to create a successful integration between EDLUS and VEDLUDB and ensure that the service is received, the resulting EDLUS integration certificate must be copied INTO EDLUS!!
    The sub-contractor, after authorisation BY THE VEDLUDB, must specify contracts with its subcontractors related to the performance of the works to be performed on a specific construction site (under the heading “Subcontracted contracts on other construction sites”).

  2. Receipt of services
    If the certificate has successfully been added to THE EDLUS system, the EDLUS system shall have access to information on all the construction sites registered by the relevant master works operator VEDLUDB (THE attached certificate shall be used in THE EDLUS system to request all construction sites registered by THE master works operator). Each major performer of works shall have the same certificate for all the construction sites it registers. Time accounting reports and sub-contracting information are transferred to THE CROSS-system level of THE VEDLUDB through THE integration of EDLUS and VEDLUDB. Report Transfer is initiated in THE EDLUS system.
