If no structural element has been retained for the structure and the territory has been arranged, the Construction State Control Office shall, upon the owner of the land or construction or, if there is no such, the legal authority, draw up a statement confirming the absence of a building in nature regarding the structures, the safety of which has been supervised by the Construction State Control Office, i.e. Group 3 for public buildings, military buildings of the Ministry of Defence and buildings of the Ministry of Interior in the State border lane, patrolling lane and border marks in the surveillance lane.
In addition, the Construction State Control Office shall issue statements regarding the absence of construction in cases where the buildings are demolished within the scope of the realisation of the construction plan in the facilities under the control of which the Construction State Control Office has jurisdiction.
Service requests
IN order to request the service, an application addressed TO BVKB must be submitted to the public portal of the Construction Information System.
Receipt of services
A statement may be received in the Construction Information System, electonically signed to the designated e-mail, by post or in person.
