The State Construction Control Office shall take public works (school buildings, commercial buildings, office buildings, hospitals, etc.) into service by issuing an act regarding the acceptance of buildings in service. The issue of the act leads to the construction process and the operation of the building is permitted. The purpose of the service is to ascertain that the works (new construction, reconstruction, renewal) have been performed in conformity with the construction project and the requirements of regulatory enactments.
Service requests
In order to request a service, an application addressed to the Construction State Control Office must be completed.
Receipt of services
The deed regarding the taking into service of a building may be received in person, by post, by e-mail or by the public portal of the Construction Information System indicated by the person on the client profile.
