Service requests
The recipient of the service shall submit to the Construction State Control Office the documents indicated in the construction permit. Documents may only be submitted electronically following construction proposed by 01.01.20202020. via e-service. If construction is proposed before 01.01.202020., it may be possible to switch to the circulation of electronic construction documentation in the Construction Information System and to submit a historical data submission, but in paper format the documents may be submitted in person to the records or remotely of the Construction State Control Office, using postal or courier services. When submitted in paper format, an accompanying letter must be attached.
Please note that THE BIS e-service associated with BUN execution should only be performed at a specific stage of construction in the construction case, so it is not possible to link directly to the e-service, but to MY CONSTRUCTION section and to find a construction case.Receipt of services
The Construction State Control Office shall perform an examination of the submitted documents and electronically perform a check mark in the construction permit regarding the fulfilment of the conditions for the commencement of works.
