Service Request
The recipient OF the service BVKB shall submit an application regarding the receipt of a licence for the extraction and extraction of hydrocarbons in non-residential properties other than State property. Documents may be submitted in paper or electronically. In paper format, documents may be submitted remotely using postal or courier services. By electronic means, the proposal may be submitted by electronic mail and signed with an e-signature.Receipt of services
Upon receipt of the submission, BSOB shall evaluate the conformity of the submitted documents with the regulatory enactments. If the documents submitted comply with those requirements, BSOB shall take a decision on the issue of a licence and issue a licence for the exploration and production of hydrocarbons on the spot OF BVKB or by sending it to the licensee electronically and signed with an e-signature or by post.
