- a building authority or an institution performing the functions of the construction pipeline;
- number of the business case
- type of construction (e.g. new construction, simplified renewal, rebuilding)
- stage of construction (e.g. intention, fulfilment of conditions for the commencement of works, operation)

Process description

  1. Request information
    IN the SECTION OF BIS public portal, CONSTRUCTION FILES can be searched for information on construction processes in Latvia. Information regarding planned works may be selected in the search according to the name, address, cadastre designation or other criteria of the construction object. Both textual information and geospatial information are available.

  2. Receiving information
    A person may receive information directly regarding construction processes in Latvia, both in textual and geospatial form.
