New buildings (started construction to commissioning) shall be entered in the Land Register on the basis of a statement issued by the Construction Inspectorate (building authority), which shall specify the legal basis for construction and the description of the new building.
The Construction State Control Office (in relation to buildings for the purposes of the Ministry of Defence, the subordinate authority thereof or the National Armed Forces) shall issue a statement regarding a new building (started construction until commissioning) for submission to the Land Register Division at the request of the initiator of construction.
Service requests
In order to request the service, an application addressed to the Construction State Control Office must be submitted. An application may be submitted by e-mail, by post or by face-to-face. By e-mail, sent an application shall be signed with a secure electronic signature, adding time stamps.
Receipt of services
A statement may be received in person, by post, electronically signed to the e-mail specified.
