Process description

1. Submission regarding exclusion from the register of construction merchants
   In order to request a service, an application for exclusion from the register of construction merchants must be submitted. An application may be submitted in person, electronically or by completing a special online form on the website of the Construction Information System in www.bis.gov.lv or on the portal www.latvija.lv.
   An application submitted by e-mail or e-service must be signed with a secure electronic signature, accompanied by a time stamp.

2. Exclusion of a construction merchant from the register of construction merchants
   A decision regarding exclusion from the register of construction merchants shall be received electronically to the e-mail address indicated by the construction merchant.
