Process description
Service requests
The recipient of the service shall submit a construction project to the Construction State Control Office. A construction project may be submitted electronically using an E-service from the construction file. On the other hand, historic construction, which was proposed in paper format before 01.01.20202020, has the possibility to move to an electronic process, revisiting historic construction and submitting a historical data submission.Receipt of services
The Construction State Control Office shall examine the submitted construction design, check the conformity thereof with the conditions of the construction permit and the principles of construction, and decide to perform or not to perform a mark in the construction permit regarding the fulfilment of the design conditions.
A check mark regarding the fulfilment of design conditions is carried out electronically using the E-service.
The records submitted electronically are stored using the E-service.
