Process description

1. Service requests
   To request the service, applicants should visit the construction information system (BIS) Web site under “Registers” and Būvspeciālista seekers register must be one of the parameters of būvspeciālistu:
   • Speciālista name, surname, certificate number;
   • Status (Active, revoked, suspended, etc.);
   • Certificate is granted / extended / EXP;
   • Sfēras / Joma date of implementation;
   • Certifying authority;
   • Būvspeciālista scope / area;
   • Voltage;
   • Sfēras number;
   • Sfēras status (active, revoked, suspended, deleted).

2. Receipt of services
   The register of būvspeciālistu instantly selects information:
   • Speciālista name, surname, certificate number
   • Certificate granted
   • Certificate Status
   • Sfēras number
   • Sfēra / scope
   • Certifying authority
   • Sfēras / Joma award date
   • Sfēras status
