Authorisation for the provision of short-term professional services

Process description

1. Request permission
   An applicant for the provision of temporary professional services shall submit to the Construction State Control Office:
   - a declaration for the provision of short-term services;
   - a copy of the identity document;
   - a copy of the document attesting the nationality of the person and its translation into the official language;
   - certificates of professional qualifications, accompanied by a translation of the document into the official language;
   - the documents of the competent authorities of the home country certifying the right of the applicant to pursue professional activity in the profession, accompanied by a translation of documents into the official language;
   - a document issued by the competent authorities of the home country certifying that a person has not been deprived or restricted from the right to pursue a professional activity in a profession in which temporary services will be provided, accompanied by a translation into the official language;
   - if the profession or the education required for its acquisition is not regulated in the applicant's country of residence, a document certifying that the applicant has pursued a professional activity in the relevant regulated profession for a total of at least one year in the last 10 years, accompanied by a translation of the document into the official language;
   - a document issued by the competent authority of the applicant's home State certifying the duration and type of professional activity of the applicant in the regulated profession in which temporary services will be provided, accompanied by a translation of the document into the official language;
   - documents certifying professional activity insurance, accompanied by a translation of documents into the official language.

2. Receipt of an authorisation
   After examination of the documents submitted, an authorisation shall be issued to the applicant or the applicant shall be invited to a written examination, which shall include a theoretical and practical examination. When successfully passing an examination, a decision on the issue of a permit for the provision of short-term services, which is sent to the applicant's e-mail address, shall be published in the Construction Information System.
