Service requests
In order to request the service, an application must be completed on the website of the Construction Information System at www.bis.gov.lv. The application may also be submitted to the portal latvija.lv or in person, by post, by e-mail. An application submitted by e-mail or e-service must be signed with a secure electronic signature, accompanied by a time stamp.Receipt of services
A decision regarding registration in the register of construction merchants shall be received electronically on the e-mail address indicated by the construction merchant and shall be published in the Register of Construction Information System (BIS) construction merchants.
