The manager may submit an application regarding the updating of the information, if a new or terminated contract regarding the management/management of the residential house has been entered into, as well as if other information included in the register has changed. A secure e-signature is required to receive the service.

Process description

  1. Service requests
    In order to request the service, an application regarding updating of the information shall be submitted to the Register of Residential Home Managers. An application may be submitted in person, electronically or by completing a special online form on the website of the Construction Information System in www.bis.gov.lv or on the portal www.latvija.lv.
    An application submitted by e-mail or e-service must be signed with a secure electronic signature, accompanied by a time stamp.

  2. Receipt of services
    The notification regarding updating of the information shall be received electronically in the Register of Residential Home Managers to the e-mail address indicated by the person.
