  1. Enquiry step
    In order for users of the Energy Information System (ERIS) to start using ERIS, it is necessary to connect to the Construction Information System at www.bis.gov.lv. If there are problems or issues relating to access TO ERIS, the customer shall apply for support by e-mail or by telephone (67013369 - for technical matters and 67013355,67013373, 67013316 for content issues).

    The customer receives technical support and answers on substantive questions by phone or email during the Office's work.
