Service requests
In order to request a service, the information regarding the operation of the construction merchant in the previous calendar year must be submitted. An application may be submitted in person, electronically or by completing a special online form on the website of the Construction Information System in www.bis.gov.lv or in the portal www.latvija.lv (the personal identification means under the responsibility of the State Regional Development Agency shall be utilised for identification).
An application submitted by e-mail must be signed with a secure electronic signature, accompanied by a time stamp.Receipt of services
A decision regarding the inclusion of annual information in the register of construction merchants shall be received electronically on the e-mail address indicated by the construction merchant.
