Merchants exercising mandatory procurement rights shall submit to the Construction State Co-Trole Office a report on the operation of the power plant or on the operation of the cogeneration unit in its ownership or use by 1 March each year. The report shall be submitted in the electronic system intended for the submission of the annual accounts of power plants.

Merchants who exercise mandatory procurement rights through the Latvija.lv portal shall connect to the electronic system intended for the submission of annual accounts of electricity plants (ENER) and shall submit the annual report of the power plants.
