Registered users of the construction information system who have been connected to the public portal once.
The automatic notification system of the construction information system provides the possibility for registered users of the public portal (project promoters, construction specialists, construction merchants, owners of public buildings, etc.) to receive automatic reminders (in the form of e-mail or communications in the system) regarding the work to be performed and the deadlines.
For example, the construction project initiators may receive an informative e-mail notification regarding the issue of a construction permit or a warning regarding the rejection of the intention application. Construction specialists, construction merchants may receive e-mail messages, such as approval of a building project, statements regarding the establishment of a mandate or a warning regarding the approaching expiry of the received term of office, etc. Owners of public buildings (schools, commercial centres, offices, etc., where more than 100 people are expected to stay) may receive e-mail messages regarding receipt of an opinion on the inspection of the operation of the building, while the persons involved in the construction may receive a warning regarding the expiry of the “Opinion on the Construction Inspection” guidelines.

Service requests
In order to gain access to automatic notifications and reminders from the Construction Information System, the person must connect to the public portal of the system and specify an e-mail address in the PROFILS section if the information or alerts are requested not only in the “Notifications” section of the system, but also in e-mail.
Receipt of services
To receive automatic notifications and reminders from the Construction Information System, you must connect to the public portal of the system and open the “Notifications” section. If you specified the e-mail address in the PROFILA section, you will also receive automatic notifications and reminders in your e-mail mailbox.
However, if you do not want to receive e-mail messages from the automatic notification system, you can turn this functionality off in the Notifications section at the notification settings. In this case, you will continue to receive information only in the Construction Information System.
