Application for breakdown/renewal of works
In order to establish an application for breakdown/renewal of works in a construction case, which has been initiated electronically in the Construction Information System (BIS), the user shall select the relevant construction case, which is stage CONSTRUCTION WORK, and open it by pressing on the icon of the folder.
An application for the cessation/renewal of works may be made by a user who operates:
in his or her profile of a natural person and is the initiator of a construction case;
in his or her profile of a natural person and is the authorised person of the initiator with the right to represent the person and/or to prepare an application of that kind;
the profile of the legal person who is the initiator and is a person who is authorised to sign;
in the profile of the legal person who is the initiator and has an active delegation with the right to prepare this type of application;
the profile of a legal person and that legal person shall have the authority of the initiator with the right to represent the person and/or to prepare this type of application, and the user shall have an active delegation with the right to prepare the application.
Press “New document” and select from the “Application for Discontinuing Works” or “Application for the Renewal of Works” list and complete the application.
In paper format before 01.01.2020, the construction case has the possibility to submit an application outside BISa.Decision of the building authority on the authorisation to suspend works/on the renewal of works
The decision on the authorisation to suspend/restore works shall be issued
an institution performing the functions of the building authority (controlling works) within 10 working days. Following receipt of the information referred to in points 134 and 136 of the BOM Regulation No 253 “Construction Regulations of Individual Engineering Institutions”, or in respect of buildings in accordance with the provisions of the BOM No 529 “Construction Regulations”, an institution which performs the functions of the building authority (controlling works) shall inspect the site and take a decision regarding the permit to suspend works, shall co-ordinate the project for the performance of construction work conservation works. the project or, if necessary, a decision regarding the preservation of the building shall be taken.
