The classification authority shall classify in general order once a year all those construction undertakings which, at the time of classification, comply with the following conditions: the construction undertaking has been registered in the register for at least three years and for which data for the full three years of operation are available in the register, and on the day of taking the decision the undertaking employs at least one certified construction specialist, the scope of which includes the general or specialised management of the works.
Construction undertakings for which data are available in the register for less than one year of operation shall be assigned class 5.

Process description

  1. Service requests
    The classification shall be performed within the framework of the Construction Information System on the basis of the information available in the register of construction merchants regarding the construction undertaking. Additional option - e-service Application for re-classification if data to be used for classification has changed.

  2. Receipt of services
    The information regarding the classification class of construction merchants shall be available in the Construction Information System (BIS) in the Bow merchant register. A decision regarding re-classification shall also be received electronically at the e-mail address indicated by the building undertaking.
