The service shall ensure that the Construction Information System (BIS) has access to the construction file in order to make available to the public information which is at the disposal of the institution or which, according to its competence, the authority is obliged to produce.

Process description

  1. Request for pecking at construction cases
    In order to get access to the construction case, the Construction Information System (BIS) finds a section ON MY CONSTRUCTION in the main panel and selects the “ACCESS REQUESTS” section in the “AVAILABLE BUILDING CASES” section.
    To create a new access request, press the “New request” button and fill in the request, specifying the reasons for access.

  2. Receiving an access decision
    In the main panel of the Construction Information System (BIS), I find a section FOR MY CONSTRUCTION and choose 'ACCESS DECISIONS' in the “AVAILABLE CONSTRUCTION CASES” section
