The 1st Round of the Development Project of the Building Information System Has Come to a Close

On 28 August this year, the 1st round of the project “Development of construction processes and information system” implemented by the State Construction Control Bureau (SCCB) has been officially completed. The project is co-funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) which has also formed the basis for the development of the Building Information System so far.

The SCCB’s Volume of Work Has Increased in the First Half of the Year

Despite the emergency situation declared in the State for several months due to the spread of COVID-19, the work of the State Construction Control Bureau (SCCB) has even intensified. In the first half of 2020, the use of the Building Information System (BIS) has significantly increased, as well as the first results have been achieved in the monitoring of the field energy.

This Year, 10 MPC Power Plants Have Lost the Aid; the State Has Saved EUR 14.63 Million

Over the first six months of 2020, the State Construction Control Bureau (SCCB) has taken 10 decisions to revoke the right of electricity producers selling electricity within the framework of mandatory procurement. As a result of the decisions taken by the SCCB, the State has managed to save approximately EUR 1.22 million this year alone, but within the framework of the entire planned period of aid for electricity producers this amount is EUR 14.63 million.

The SCCB will Procure State Emergency Stocks of Oil for 2021

The State Construction Control Bureau (SCCB) has launched a procurement procedure for the provision of the service of State emergency stocks of oil for 2021. The total necessary amount of stocks accounts for 370,500 tonnes which is equivalent to 90 days of the total oil imports. The estimated procurement contract price is EUR 16 million, excluding value added tax (VAT).
